Shipping & Return Conditions

1. Shipping


Where we ship
We currently ship to: countries in the European Union, and the European Economic Area. The full list of countries in the European Union can be found here: https://european-union.europa.eu/principles-countries-history/eu-countries_en; the other countries within the European Economic Area but not in the European Union can be found here: https://www.efta.int/about-efta/european-free-trade-association. If your country isn’t listed, but you want to purchase any of our products, write to us at lento[at] transversal [dot] eu.

 
How shipping is calculated
Shipping is manually processed, with a final price based on destination and order weight/size. The basic shipping options and costs appear in the cart and checkout before payment.


Shipping options, basic prices, and timeframes

Within the same country (Sweden) - 10 €
Within the same country (Hungary) - 10 €
Within the same country (North Macedonia) - 10 €
Within other EU countries - 15 €
Between EU countries - 20 €
Personal pick-up - 0 € 

 

• Standard delivery (tracked): between 3–7 business days
• Express (courier): between 1–3 business days

Timeframes are estimates from dispatch. We dispatch from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.


Packaging & low-impact choices
We use repurposed, recycled or circular packaging.


Duties & taxes
Orders delivered within the EU include VAT at checkout. Deliveries outside the EU may incur duties/taxes charged by the destination authority.


Tracking
A tracking link is emailed after dispatch. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder or contact us.


Delays & lost parcels
If your parcel is delayed 15 days beyond the maximum estimate, contact us. Ee’ll investigate and resolve (replacement or refund as appropriate).

 

2. Returns


14-day right of withdrawal (EU)
You can cancel your online purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email lento [at] transversal [dot] eu with your order number. Send items back within 14 days after telling us you’re cancelling your purchase.

 

Refunds

We refund the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). The refunded amount goes to the original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product).


Return conditions
• Unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Exclusions (unless faulty): made-to-order/personalized items; sealed goods not suitable for return once opened (e.g., fragrance).
• Include your order number inside the parcel.


Exchanges
Fastest way: return the item and place a new order. 


Faulty or wrong item
Email us at lento [at] transversal [dot] eu with photo documentation of the faulty or wrong item within 7 days of delivery; we’ll replace or refund the product (including return shipping).


Repairs over returns
For environmental reasons, we repair and repurposing practices before returns or recycling. For repairs, we are dependent on the repair policies held by the individual creators and their capacity to repair products. We will facilitate contact with Creators without liability to provide a repair option if this is not feasible. Email us at lento [at] transversal [dot] eu with photo documentation of the item to be repaired so we can start the process.
